WHAT ARE THE CURRENT OPERATING HOURS AT LOT45?

Lot45 is currently open select Thursdays 10pm-2am, Fridays 10pm-4am & Saturdays 10pm-4am

Our daytime parties begin in Spring and continue on throughout the Summer into Fall. Follow us on Instagram @lot45bushwick to stay up to date with special holiday events or hours!

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ENTER LOT45?

All guests must be 21+ and present a government-issued identification upon entry. A picture of an identification is not valid. There are no exceptions.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Our dress code is neat, casual, and trendy attire. In compliance with safety guidelines set by the local community and precinct, we have a minor list of clothing articles that we do not allow inside our venue. These include construction boots of any kind (including but not limited to UGGS, Timberland, ACG, and Polo Boots), backpacks or book bags, flip-flops or thong-type footwear, pants with chains, and/or bandanas. Entry is subject to the discretion of our door team.

IS THERE A COVER CHARGE?

Cover charge can vary based on the event host and specific events, some events may be free of charge with an Eventbrite RSVP ticket but most of the time is between $10-$20. Please check our Instagram for updated nightly event details.

CAN I SMOKE?

In compliance with NYS Law, Lot45 is a smoke-free venue. Smoking of any kind (including vapes and cannabis) is not permitted inside Lot45, including our garden area. If you are unsure where you can smoke, security can direct you to our designated outside smoking sections.  

I LOST MY PHONE, A PERSONAL ITEM or I DIDN'T CLOSE MY TAB. DO YOU HAVE MY CARD?

Lot45 is not responsible for any personal items lost or left behind. If you have left something behind or are missing something, we can attempt to locate it if it was turned into our lost and found.

Please be advised that our operating hours are select Thursdays 10pm-2am, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10pm-4am. Someone from our team will reach out to you during that time.

You can only collect left behind/missing items during operating hours or a small window before opening. If it is an urgent matter, we will do our best within reason to accommodate you. If you are inquiring about a card you left behind, please include the date you visited the venue in your email and as much information as possible.

*Credit/Debit cards will be returned only with valid identification.

DOES Lot45 HAVE A SAFER SPACE POLICY?

Lot45 opens its space to stimulate music, art, fashion, film, and diversity in the Bushwick community. By entering Lot45, patrons agree to engage respectfully and responsibly. Behavior and language deemed unsafe, threatening, violent, or discriminatory are not welcome and will not be tolerated.  

PROHIBITED ITEMS & SECURITY

For the safety of both our patrons and staff, anyone entering Lot45 is subject to a reasonable search. This includes, but is not limited to, bags, purses, and coats. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Any items Lot 45 security identifies as potentially unsafe to staff or other patrons will not be allowed inside the venue. CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Currently, we are only accepting reservations for bottle service. Please click here and submit our Bottle Service Reservation Form. Celebrating a birthday? Be sure to click the Birthday Special checkbox and we’ll add a complimentary bottle of Champagne to your bottle package to keep the celebration going!
